Possesses 47–64 large-scale CNC machine tools, including CNC machining centers, double-end milling machines, deep-hole drilling machines, gantry grinders, and gantry milling machines.
Maximum machining travel can reach X-axis: 3500mm × Y-axis: 2500mm × Z-axis: 1500mm.
Deep-hole drills can process water transport holes with a depth of 1450mm.
Design Software: Utilizes international advanced design and programming systems such as UG-3D and CAD/CAM.
Machining Precision & Capabilities: Has the capacity for custom production of non-standard mold bases, large die-casting molds, and plastic molds, meeting demands for high precision and complex structures.
