Material Guarantee: We strictly select high-quality branded steel materials including P20, 718, H13, S136 and others in accordance with your drawings and contractual requirements. We undertake to provide official material certification documents with each delivery, ensuring reliable material sources and qualified performance.

Precision Assurance: Core processing procedures (such as CNC milling, deep hole drilling, wire cutting, precision grinding) are all completed by high-precision equipment. We promise that the processing precision of key mold base parts (including mold frames, guide pillar and guide bushing holes, positioning systems, etc.) will be strictly controlled within ±0.01mm to ±0.02mm (subject to the tolerance marked on the drawings), ensuring smooth assembly and the overall service life of the mold.

Process & Inspection: Standardized operating procedures are implemented, and a three-level inspection system of "self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection" is applied to key processes. Before delivery, all mold bases will undergo full-dimensional final inspection using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), height gauges, precision calipers and other testing equipment, and a detailed Qualified Inspection Report will be provided to you.

Transparent Progress: During processing, we may provide regular updates on key production stages (material preparation, rough machining, finish machining, heat treatment, final inspection) at your request, so that you can monitor production status at any time.

Emergency Handling: In case of potential delivery delays caused by extreme special circumstances or force majeure, we will take the initiative to communicate with you immediately, frankly explain the reasons, and jointly agree on a mutually acceptable solution to minimize impacts on your project.

Transparent Pricing: We offer clear, reasonable and competitive quotations with explicit price components and no hidden fees. Once confirmed, the order price will not be affected by short-term market fluctuations.

Technical Collaboration: Our technical team is ready to provide preliminary design optimization support (such as suggestions on processability, cost or structural strength optimization), fully cooperate throughout the processing, and quickly respond to and resolve various technical issues.

Rapid Response: For your business inquiries, order consultations, technical communications and after-sales feedback, we promise an initial response within 1 working hour, with a clear follow-up plan or solution provided.

IV. After-Sales Service Commitment: Full Accountability, Long-Term Support

Quality Tracking: An independent quality file will be established for each batch of delivered products for long-term quality monitoring.

Issue Resolution: For any quality objections raised during your use, we promise a response within 24 hours, and dispatch technicians to the site for assistance within 48 hours if necessary, until the issue is fully resolved.

Long-Term Support: We regard you as a long-term partner. For your subsequent mold maintenance, modification or re-processing needs, we will provide prioritized, high-quality and preferential services.

VI. Confidentiality Commitment: Strict Confidentiality, Security Assurance

Agreement Protection: Prior to cooperation, we may sign a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at your request to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.

Information Control: All drawings, 3D data, technical specifications and other materials provided by you shall be regarded as top confidential information. We have established strict internal information control procedures to ensure that such materials are only used by specific personnel and within the scope necessary for executing your order, with encrypted storage and authority management implemented.

Zero Leakage Promise: We solemnly undertake not to copy or retain your design materials, not to use them for any purposes other than your order, and not to disclose them to any third party or use them for product development of ours or other third parties without your explicit written permission.
